Shipping Area
Walking Onions currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping with tracking on orders placed through WalkingOnions.com. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing & Shipping
Orders are carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the product, season, weather conditions, and whether you are purchasing topsets, bulbs, or live plants.
If a product has a specific shipping season or estimated shipping date, that information will be stated on the product page.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package has been accepted.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at orders@walkingonions.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.
If a package is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to have the order shipped again.
Weather & Live Plant Shipments
Shipping of live plants may be delayed when necessary due to extreme temperatures or other weather conditions that could affect the plants during transit.
